After moving to Pennsylvania from North Carolina, I couldn’t find a store Brand BBQ Sauce to satisfy my taste of what I thought BBQ Sauce should taste like. I crafted a sauce that would incorporate a little bit of everything and too much of nothing. As people tasted my sauce on various foods at different events I cooked at, using my very own signature sauce, over and over, I heard the same response and suggestions which was that I really need to market my sauce. I decided to do that very thing and in the last two years our sauce is now being sold in 30 stores with four of them being Walmart, and by December we will be rolling out our sauce in Giant Foods.
