Regarded as a leading Home Cooking Expert, traveling foodie Rich Hollenberg’s career in the kitchen took off as he learned to cook…in front of TV cameras! A 15-year TV veteran, he earned his cooking chops working side by side on national TV with some of the most renowned names in the culinary world including Wolfgang Puck, Roy Yamaguchi, Cat Cora, and Todd English.

As a popular and sought after cook and self-styled gourmand, Rich has appeared on various morning television shows across the country, and also wows the crowds on the Food & Wine festival circuit, most recently hosting a show where he worked alongside celebrity chefs Guy Fieri, Aaron McCargo, Jr., and Fabio Viviani.

An avid cookbook collector, he has continued his love of cooking by developing ‘signature’ recipes for his own family and friends, while continuing to travel the country in search of inspiring and exciting foods and finds. Rich is passionate about eating healthy and eating well.
