Mark McMillian is joining TASTE! PHILADELPHIA on Saturday, October 20th on the Southern Cooking Stage, 7:00 PM to 7:30 PM. 

Eight-year NFL Veteran, Blue Grey All American Coach, Camp 29 Director, and Former Philadelphia Eagle, Chef Mark McMillian “Mighty Mouse” will be cooking for us this year, showing off his new line of product, “Grill’n McMillian”.


Thrilled to announce the latest addition to TASTE! PHILADELPHIA Festival’s all-star lineup. On October 20th from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM – we’ll be welcoming Chef Paul Wahlberg from Wahlburgers for a special meet and greet where he’ll be serving up some of his family’s famous Wahlburgers.


FOOD TRUCK STARS. Have you been following two of our TASTE! Festival favorites—Chef Eddie G and Chef Kev D—on Food Network’s Great Food Truck Race hosted by Tyler Florence? Tune into season nine and follow along as they hit the road and put their culinary skills to the test.

MEET KEVIN WILSON

Kevin Wilson, the author of “Table For One” which features his experiences at 17 of the best restaurants in Philadelphia, will be joining us at TASTE! PHILADELPHIA. 
 
Kevin is a restaurant consultant and expert in food service customer service. In addition to his book, “Table For One”, which will be available for purchase at TASTE! PHILADELPHIA, he is the author of many Philadelphia restaurant articles and has been published several times in both print and online.
 
Kevin is also the host of the popular weekly segment: “Dining On A Dime”, which airs every Saturday at approximately 11:15 AM on “Joe’s Table For Two” radio show on 610 WIP ESPN Radio (www.610espn.com). The segment presents listeners with the best places in Philadelphia to get a delicious meal for under 10 bucks.
 
Kevin will be launching the “Dining On A Dime” podcast on Sunday, August 26th at 5 PM on Wildfire Radio This weekly segment will feature local foodies who will be able to promote their business.

Eight Oaks is a veteran owned, family run, farm distillery in the fertile Lehigh Valley. We grow our own grains on our farm or the farms of our friends and neighbors to give you a true seed to glass experience. We make American Vodka, Authentic Applejack, American Gin, Penna Rye Whiskey, Bourbon Whiskey and some double cask series whiskeys as well.
