Chef Auntie

My name is Marion, but everyone calls me AUNTIE! I am from Philadelphia, the City of Brotherly Love! BEING THE ELDEST OF 10 BROTHERS AND SISTERS, WAS MORE THAN ENOUGH CHEF TRAINING FOR ME! LOL. Besides, my mother left her door unlocked and fed the neighborhood. Although her passing was extremely difficult, I happily followed in her footsteps and began feeding everyone! They went from smacking their lips, and making funny faces, to literally begging for more! As time passed by, I sensed I had something special. They were asking me to cook, for Holidays, Birthdays, and many other special occasions. I loved cooking for everyone, but nothing filled my soul, until I began feeding the homeless! Then one day I received a request, to bake a pound cake. It was really pretty good, but I wanted to give people, “a little country in the city,” like my mother would have wanted. It wasn’t until I developed my own special homemade
