Chef Angell Morris
A Connecticut born and raised Chef, I have been exposed to many cultures of cuisine, from Polynesian to Creole, Italian to the Caribbean, and Spanish Cuisine to Backyard BBQ. I have put my creative talent and self-taught knowledge into putting multi-cultural flavors together in my southern comfort food roots.
Music and Food are my passions, as I am currently a Music Teacher at a Philadelphia charter school, and have recently launched my new catering business, Signatures by Angell Catering. This equation of food and music is the fiber of my life; bringing people together through the love of both.
My approach to cooking is the marriage of cultures. Eclectic Soul Fusion is what I like to call it. The putting together of all types of flavors from different backgrounds to make magic on one plate. Every bite sends your palette and heart on an around the world adventure.
